GTR Contracts Ltd is looking to recruit Groundworkers, Labourers and Site Tipper Drivers to join our expanding team.
We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to work on a variety of civil engineering and construction projects. Successful candidates will be expected to work as part of a team and maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
Experience within the construction industry is preferred, although training and development opportunities may be available for the right applicants.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability when required
Groundworker Requirements
- Previous groundworks or civil engineering experience preferred
- Ability to work from drawings and site instructions
- Valid CSCS Card preferred
- CPCS/NPORS plant tickets advantageous
Labourer Requirements
- Previous construction site experience preferred
- Valid CSCS Card preferred
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively within a team
Site Tipper Driver Requirements
- Previous site tipper driving experience preferred
- Drivers CPC
- Understanding of site safety procedures
- Ability to carry out daily vehicle checks
- Full UK Class 2 Drivers Licence
- H&S Preferred
Work Location
- Various sites throughout the South of Scotland and the Borders
- Working away from home may be required depending on project location
