We are seeking a skilled and passionate ITALIAN LINE COOK to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including inventory control and stock rotation.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
- Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Respond promptly to any kitchen emergencies or issues that may arise during service.
