We are seeking Support Workers to support our service users in their own property in Stourbridge, West Midlands.
We require candidates who are willing to work with clients with Complex needs, Autism, Learning disabilities and those who may be non-verbal / non weight bearing
It is essential for you to have a full UK Driving Licence

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals with various shifts, which may be: Days; 07:00 - 21:00 or Nights: 21:00 - 07:00
- Clients with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs
- Support with aspects of personal care, medication needs, meal prep and any manual handling
- Will be assisting Moving and Handling (hoisting) and other duties as required. FULL training will be provided for this role.
- Will be assisting with additional health needs including PEG/PEJ feeds
- Supporting individuals with accessing the community for activities
Required from you:
- Right to work in the UK (required) without needing sponsorship
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Ability to pass a background check
- Be strong willed and passionate
- Willing to work with clients with Complex and Physical needs.
- FULL UK Licence required (not provisional or international)
- A passion for supporting individuals
- Flexible to working hours (stated above) and be able to work every other weekend
