Andrew Cowen Estate Agents are now looking to recruit a Experienced Lettings Negotiator. This role has come about due to the continuously evolving demands placed on letting agents and to facilitate this, additional experienced support is required to provide 1st class service to landlords and tenants. The ideal candidate will be organised, confident, and proactive .
The Role
Working as part of an expanding team, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the agency, maintaining high standards of client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating client and property records
- Preparation of new tenancies and renewals
- Assisting with rental property marketing and listings
- Handling client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Helping ensure targets, deadlines, and service standards are met
- Implementation of ever changing legislation.
The Ideal Candidate
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident and professional when dealing with clients
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous letting agency, administration or customer-facing experience essential
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Clean driving licence preferred but not essential
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
