This role is for someone that is reliable and with good communication skills and ability to work alongside other staff in a kind professional manner. The candidate needs to be able to commit to carrying out the work in a competent manner and also be ready on call should emergencies arise.

Person required with knowledge and abilities to do all general maintenance tasks:
- plumbing
- woodwork
- painting
- basic electrics but advanced work with electrics is ideal
Person needs to be a team worker but have the ability to work alone and with tasks to be completed.
Person must be able to work well with others and be accommodating to other staff and helpful around the workplace
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a regular role but can also offer flexibility of working hours and also the ability to have input into their role.
Ideally the person will drive as they would need to pick up items from places like Screwfix and Toolstation to help them with their work (these would be pre-paid items)
All materials will be provided but you require your own tools. You will be given a dedicated room to leave tools, materials etc.
Job is available on a contract basis - you will be responsible for all tax affairs
Hours: 35+ (no upper limit)

Pay: £15.00-£15.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
