B&B Hotels Derby is looking for dedicated professionals to join our friendly and well regarded Food & Beverage team as a Casual Guest Service Agent. Our hotel provides a fun and relaxed space with service that is welcoming and personal.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills and enjoy working with a busy and passionate staff, across all the Food & Beverage aspects of the business. You will be well presented, eager to exceed customer expectations and be able to deliver a warm and welcoming approach.
You will ideally have experience within a similar role or have worked in a customer service, or F&B environment.
Key responsibilities
- Dealing with guest enquiries
- Taking payments
- Prepare and deliver the brand's food offering with consistency, quality and pace
- Serving food in our restaurant and drinks at the bars
- Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene and allergen standards while keeping service areas clean and organised.
- Working in conference & events
- Liaising with the kitchen, reception and the bar and with the appropriate departments to maintain a high quality service for our customers
