M.A.S.H (Military Assistance Social Hub) is an ambitious and growing charity supporting veterans, serving personnel, reservists and their families across East Yorkshire.
Our mission is simple: to ensure no member of the Armed Forces community is left behind.
Through early intervention, practical assistance and compassionate support, we help prevent small problems becoming crises. From welfare guidance and community hubs to digital inclusion, employment support, family programmes and wellbeing activities, we provide a trusted place where people can access the support they need.
As we continue to grow, we are looking to strengthen and expand our Board of Trustees.
We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in:
- Marketing, communications or public relations
- Fundraising, income generation, corporate partnerships and business development
We also welcome enquiries from anyone who is passionate about our mission and believes they can make a positive contribution to the future of M.A.S.H.
As a Trustee, you will help shape the strategic direction of the charity, provide effective governance and oversight, and support our continued growth and long-term sustainability.
Board meetings are primarily held in Beverley, with occasional attendance at events across East Yorkshire.
This is a voluntary position offering the opportunity to use your professional skills and experience to make a genuine difference to the lives of veterans, serving personnel, reservists and their families across East Yorkshire.
