Reports To: Supervisor, Team Leader, Deputy Manager, Store Manager

Duties include but not limited to:
- Cut, prepare, weigh, price, wrap fresh fruit and vegetables, and display products on the shelves with the correct price label and product description
- Monitor any product that is out of stock, report to store management team immediately
- Ensure the produce is correctly displayed correctly according to the company’s visual merchandising standards
- Make sure the stock is in rotation - first in, first out (short dated item in front and longer dated item in the back)
- Work with other colleagues to process and receive deliveries. Check the quantity, quality and BBD, as well as organising and placing the stocks neatly on display
- Check pricing of all fruit and vegetables with price system and amend as needed
- Report all safety hazards and risk issues to a member of the store management team immediately
- Take initiative and support other departments when needed or when requested by store management team
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and task management skills
- Detailed checking skills for the stock replenishment
- Comfortable with hands on work and some heavy lifting
Must have the legal right to work in the UK (without sponsorship)
Pay: From £13.30 per hour
