Duties
- Clean windows on both commercial and residential buildings, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and solutions to achieve streak-free results.
- Access windows at various heights using ladders, scaffolding, or specialised lifts, following health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including the proper storage of equipment and cleaning materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during work to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist with additional cleaning tasks as required, including façade cleaning or gutter clearing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in window cleaning or similar outdoor maintenance roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Valid driving licence is essential to enable efficient travel between sites.
- Good command of English, with strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a professional and friendly approach at all times.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, demonstrating physical fitness and stamina.
- Reliable, punctual, and organised with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure personal safety and that of colleagues.
