Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers and tenants to understand their requirements and provide tailored property options
- Conduct property viewings and showcase features to maximise interest
- Negotiate offers between clients and landlords or vendors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, updating property listings, and maintaining accurate records
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals involved in the transaction process
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales or lettings process to ensure a positive experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business
- Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and local area developments to advise clients effectively
- Prospecting new Landlords and Vendors is key responsibility of this role
Experience
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for those eager to learn
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with clients, colleagues, and external partners effectively
- Multilingual abilities are highly advantageous in serving diverse client bases
- Excellent organisational skills are required to manage multiple listings, appointments, and documentation efficiently
- A proactive attitude with a professional approach is vital for success in this role

Pay: £25,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
