Position: Part-Time Cleaning Operative
Type of Cleaning: Build-to-Rent / Communal Areas / Sparkle Cleans
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team at The Parklands, a modern Build-to-Rent residential development in Dartford.
The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the development and ensuring communal areas are presented to an excellent standard for residents and visitors.
Duties include:
- Cleaning communal areas throughout the development
- Cleaning corridors, lifts, stairways and resident facilities
- Maintaining kitchens, toilets and other shared spaces
- Carrying out sparkle cleans and detailed cleaning
- Ensuring all areas are clean, tidy and presented to a high standard
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and general cleaning duties
- Reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues to management
- Following all health and safety and cleaning procedures
The ideal candidate:
- Has previous cleaning experience, preferably in residential, hotel, commercial or Build-to-Rent environments
- Takes pride in their work and has a good eye for detail
- Is reliable, punctual and professional
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and good customer service skills
- Is able to carry out physical cleaning duties
Working hours: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Pay: £13.45 per hour
