Assisting customers with collections and loading materials
Loading and unloading supplier deliveries
Safely storing roofing products and maintaining yard organisation
Supporting stock checks and reporting shortages or damaged stock
Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment
Following all health and safety procedures and PPE requirements
Assisting with general branch and yard operations as required
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Previous experience in a builders' merchant, roofing merchant, warehouse, yard, or trade environment desirable
Knowledge of roofing or building materials advantageous
Forklift licence (Counterbalance) beneficial, although training may be provided
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to carry out manual handling and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, organised, and safety-conscious
Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Monday to Friday 7:00am 4:30pm
Plus Alternate Saturdays 8:00am 12:00pm
