The Role
We’re looking for a proactive Team Leader to support the smooth running of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned production areas and daily plans
- Allocate staff and support General Operatives
- Ensure machines are set up and materials are available
- Monitor product quality and complete QC checks
- Maintain GMP, hygiene, and safety standards
- Support stock control using the Access system
- Coach and develop team members
- Communicate effectively with other departments
