Join the Auld Bond Team
Fancy working behind the scenes in the world of Scotch whisky, rum and premium spirits?
Auld Bond Bottlers is a specialist independent bottling and bonded warehousing business based in Perth, Scotland. We work with everything from individual single casks to small-batch and larger bottling projects for private clients, independent bottlers and distilleries.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for reliable, practical and enthusiastic people to join our bottling and warehouse team on a flexible, zero-hours basis.
Production levels vary from week to week, so hours can range from 0–38 hours per week. This makes the role particularly well suited to someone with flexibility who would like to earn additional income and become part of a growing local business.
No previous whisky experience is necessary – we'll teach you everything you need to know.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work alongside our small production team across a variety of bottling and warehouse activities, including:

- Handling bottles, packaging and bonded stock
- Assisting with stock takes and warehouse organisation
- Supporting cask movements and general cask management
- Maintaining excellent bottling hall and warehouse standards
- Carrying out quality checks throughout production
- Helping wherever needed to keep the day's production running smoothly
Every project is different, and attention to detail really matters. We expect every bottle and every client's spirit to be handled with care.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need experience in the whisky industry. We're much more interested in finding people with the right attitude and work ethic.
You'll ideally be:
- Reliable, punctual and flexible
- Practical, positive and proactive
- Comfortable working as part of a small team
- Able to work independently when required
- Happy following detailed instructions and specifications
- Someone who takes pride in doing a job properly
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and manual handling
- Interested in whisky, spirits or premium craft production
Full training will be provided.

These aren't essential, but would be useful:
- Previous bottling, production, warehouse or packing experience
- Forklift experience or a current forklift licence
- A clean driving licence
- Experience working with premium or fragile products
