Motorhomes and Caravans is a growing family business. We are proud to be the main UK importer of prestigious Italian motorhome manufacturers Rimor and Eura Mobil, alongside being an official dealership for the premier English brand, Elddis.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Sales team on a part-time basis. This role is primarily based at our main dealership, but also includes exciting opportunities to sell at up to 20 trade shows and exhibitions across the country throughout the year.
Role Overview
- Position: Part-Time Motorhome Sales Specialist
- Hours: 20 hours per week (Weekend availability is essential)
- Location: In-person (Dealership base + nationwide trade shows)
Key Responsibilities
The role will involve, but is not limited to, the following:
- Sales & Customer Service: Selling both new and used motorhomes and caravans, actively assisting clients to find the perfect vehicle to meet their lifestyle needs.
- Inquiries & Admin: Processing and managing general sales inquiries both over the telephone and in person.
- Show Attendance: Attending up to 20 exciting sales events and exhibitions across the country annually.
- Handovers & Logistics: Conducting thorough technical handovers of vehicles to clients upon delivery, and driving motorhomes to and from sales events.
- Business Support: Assisting with general business admin, invoicing, stock-taking, and processing card payments during quieter sales periods.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital.
- Driver's License: A full UK driving license is required for this position (to assist with moving vehicles).
- Flexibility: Weekend availability is an absolute must, alongside flexibility to travel for trade shows.
- Experience: While previous sales experience is preferred, it is not required. Full training and support will be provided.
