Repairs Planner – 1-year fixed term contract
Salary £27,950
Due to growth and internal progression, KWL are recruiting for a Repairs Planner, who can help to deliver the growing ambitions of the business.

Responsibilities:
· To support senior colleagues by scheduling and planning the work for a multi-disciplined responsive repairs team, including joiners, plumbers, multi-trade, roofers, plasterers, electricians & groundworkers, subcontractors etc
· To proactively ensure the workforce are fully utilised at all times, determining the most effective ways to maximise productivity whilst maintaining a high performing customer focused service
· To actively monitor outputs against key performance indicators and proactively implement solutions to deliver the business needs
· Move labour to match demands and proactively reorganise resource to accommodate unexpected variances
The Ideal Candidate
Experience:
· Experience of planning and scheduling multi-trade works
· Proven track record of coordinating and motivating the workforce and creating a positive working environment
· Ability to work under pressure
· Excellent eye for detail including actioning notes and ensuring materials are available
· Coordinating and managing resources
· Good knowledge of KPI’s and working towards continuous improvement
· Excellent working relationships with team
