The Ickworth has invested heavily in transforming its hotel and spa, and we're looking for an inspiring Spa Manager to lead the next chapter.
If you're an experienced spa leader with a passion for wellness, guest experience and developing great teams, this is your chance to take the reins of a beautifully refreshed operation and really make your mark.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous Spa Management experience within a hotel or destination spa
- A recognised Level 3 Spa/Beauty qualification (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, NVQ or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and commercial awareness
- A passion for wellness and exceptional guest service
- Elemis experience (desirable, but not essential)
