As our business continues to grow, particularly within our watch division, we're looking for an ambitious, driven individual to join our team and play an important role in our next stage of growth.
This is far more than a standard retail position. You'll work closely with the business owner, gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the company, and have the opportunity to develop valuable skills within the luxury industry.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Digital
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Create engaging content for our social media channels, including photography, video, and written content.
- Manage social media scheduling, monitor engagement, and help grow our online presence.
- Support email marketing campaigns and identify opportunities to improve performance through analytics and customer insights.
Business Operations & Client Experience
- Support the day-to-day running of the business, assisting with projects, organisation, and operational workflows.
- Work alongside the owner to help drive new ideas and business growth.
- Assist with client appointments and provide a first-class luxury customer experience.
- Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standard.
- Take initiative to improve processes and contribute ideas that positively impact the business.

Pay: £1,500.00-£2,500.00 per month
