Responsibilities
- Operate the telehandler safely and efficiently to move recycled products to a bailer
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of the telehandler, checking for mechanical issues, fluid levels, and safety features before each shift
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to understand daily material needs
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, inspections, and any incidents or maintenance needs
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for everyone on-site
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating a telehandl
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance checks
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety procedures at all times
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
