Tadpoles Daycare is looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our fantastic Day Nursery in the position of Early Years Practitioner.
Qualifications are not required. A willingness to learn is a must. Opportunities are available to complete a level 2, 3 and 5 apprenticeships.
Hourly rate will depend upon qualification.
Role Information
The position will ideally start mid-late Sept 26, however we are flexible to both earlier or later starts for the right candidate.
This position is Full time Time Monday-Friday. Considerations for a shorter working week will be made for the right candidate
We are looking for candidates for 50 weeks of the year. (Christmas Closure)
Working hours are 0800 - 1630

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate and energetic person to join our Nursery. Someone who is driven on building success, a professional, with outstanding Childcare skills who is an excellent team player.
This role will be an Early Years Practitioner, responsible for care and education of the children and day to day outputs of the room. Reporting to the Nursery Manager, Community Centre Manager and Tadpoles Committee.

Requirements for this role:
Previous experience of caring for/working with children 0-5 years. Desirable to have Level 2 or 3 in childcare or equivalent
A commitment to the provision of high-quality childcare and early years education.
Be able to build outstanding partnership with parents.
Willingness to undertake further learning and development.
