Overview
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our sites and delivering materials to various sites supporting the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Duties
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Preparing work areas by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and supplies
- Supporting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks as required
- Moving materials around the site using appropriate manual handling techniques
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas to ensure safety standards are met
- Assisting with basic maintenance tasks when needed
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manual labour or construction
- Good physical fitness, able to lift heavy objects safely and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to safety procedures and regulations
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout the day
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
- Must half full clean driving license
