Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care (Complex Care)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

An established domiciliary care provider in the Newbury area is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow their service. This is an opportunity for a driven manager to take ownership of a developing service with clear ambitions to expand across private, local authority, and CHC funding streams.
The Role
- Take full operational responsibility for a domiciliary care service delivering 400 hours per week
- Lead on CQC compliance and quality assurance
- Drive growth in care hours across private, local authority, and CHC funding streams
- Manage and develop the care team
- Oversee complex care packages including TBI
- Contribute to the expansion and development of the business
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
- Experience managing complex care packages including TBI – essential
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Experience across LA, CHC, and private funding streams
- Full UK driving licence – preferred
