The rewards

Hours
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing professional and efficient support to resolve customer queries
- Updating customer records accurately on internal systems
- Investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a high level of service delivery
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and data protection standards
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Confident using computer systems and CRM platforms
- A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
