We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Wedding & Events Assistant to join our close-knit team at our stunning country Manor in South Gloucestershire.

The Role
As Graduate Wedding & Events Assistant, you will support the planning and delivery of weddings and private events from the initial enquiry through to the event day. You will work closely with couples, clients, suppliers and the wider estate team to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with client enquiries and viewings, including the marketing to get the enquiries
- Supporting the coordination of weddings and events on the day
- Preparing event timelines and function sheets
- Providing warm professional service to clients and guests
- Supporting administrative tasks and maintaining event records
About You
We’re looking for a motivated graduate who is hard working, organised, personable and eager to learn. Due to our location there is no public transport, so driving is essential. The working pattern is five days out of seven with evening and weekend working essential.
You will ideally have:
- A degree in events, hospitality, marketing or business
- A genuine interest in weddings and events
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A calm, professional manner and strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings essential
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a team focused approach
