General Role Details:
Full-time, Permanent
37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Core Hours: 7.00am –3.30pm, Mon – Fri.
25 days holiday (including your Birthday) + public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders through our online fulfilment system to create picking batches for the fulfilment team. Generate courier labels and picking lists for customer orders.
- Dispatching orders online.
- Processing customer service requests.
- Inspection and processing of daily returns.
- Ensuring all daily courier paperwork is completed and liaising with local courier depots.
- Logging batch information for products shipped to customers that day.
- When required, help to pick and pack customer orders.
- Support incoming inspections of product deliveries and ensure correct paperwork is received.
- Conduct inventory checks, update stock systems, and investigate discrepancies.
- Keep accurate documentation for Goods In/Out, inventory levels, and inventory transactions
- Supporting the Warehouse team with other duties or responsibilities.
- Responsible for adhering to Health and Safety policies and following safety procedures.
Requirements we are looking for
- Experience with using online fulfilment software. (Mintsoft would be desirable)
- A good understanding of Google suite/Microsoft Office software (essential).
- Good communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Good attention to detail and use of initiative.
Who we’re looking for
- Background working within direct-to-consumer (D2C) shipping and fulfillment environments.
- Familiarity using inventory and fulfillment management platforms, such as Mintsoft.
- Highly structured approach with strong prioritization and time-management capabilities.
- Good attention to detail
- Someone with a strong work ethic, who is flexible and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work to a high standard independently and as part of a team
