The Role
As the business continues to grow, we are looking for Delivery Driver / Installers to join our Operations team, playing a key role in getting our products to customers safely, on time, and installed to a high standard.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that includes heavy lifting and manual handling. You'll be out on the road delivering and installing hot tubs and spas at customer premises, so it suits someone practical, reliable, and comfortable working to a daily delivery schedule.
You'll work closely with our transport, warehouse and customer service teams, and you'll often be the face of Superior Wellness at the customer's home. Full training is given on installation, basic product handover and chemical advice.
We're a fast-paced, growing business, so this role suits someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete pre-vehicle checks and required documentation at the start of each shift
- Load, secure and strap hot tubs safely, including manual handling of units up to 400kg
- Deliver and install spas at customer premises to the required standard
- Give customers basic instructions on how to use their spa (training provided)
- Provide clear chemical and water care advice to customers (training provided)
- Work safely at all times, following manual handling and site safety procedures
- Represent Superior Wellness professionally on every delivery and resolve issues on site where possible
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence with the ability to drive vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
- A minimum of 5 years' delivery driving experience
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and a physically demanding role
- Strong communication and customer service skills, as this is a customer-facing role
- Willing and able to work overtime, early starts and Saturdays on a rota basis
Desirable:
- Class 2 licence
- DIY, installation or general practical hands-on experience

Pay and hours:
- £13 per hour, with weekend hours paid at time plus one third
- Hourly rate increases on our graded pay scale after successful completion of your six month probationary period
- Monday to Friday, varying hours with start times between 4am and 9am depending on the daily delivery schedule (including bank and public holidays), plus the occasional Saturday.
