This opportunity is designed for experienced Adult Care professionals who have worked at Deputy Manager or Manager level.
To apply you must have:
- A Level 4 or Level 5 qualification in Adult Care
- At least one year’s experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager within adult care services
You do not need an assessor qualification – full training and development will be provided.
About the Opportunity
Partnership Training is a specialist apprenticeship provider supporting the health and social care workforce across the UK.
This role is ideal for experienced care leaders who want to move away from managing a single service and instead help develop professionals across the wider sector.
You will support managers and care staff completing apprenticeships, helping them apply best practice in line with Adult Care standards, safeguarding expectations and CQC regulations.
The role is primarily home-based, with occasional collaborative office days and visits where required.
What You Will Do
- Coach and support learners completing Adult Care apprenticeships
- Deliver engaging online training and development sessions
- Conduct structured progress reviews with learners and employers
- Provide clear, constructive feedback aligned to sector standards
- Support learners to apply learning within real care settings
- Maintain accurate learner records and documentation
Training and Development
We will support you to become a qualified trainer and assessor through fully funded professional development, including:
- Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training
- Level 2 Award in Information, Advice and Guidance
You will receive structured mentoring and ongoing support while developing your teaching and assessment skills.
Essential Requirements
- Level 4 or Level 5 qualification in Adult Care
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager within adult care services
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulation
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Ability to work independently from home
