We are looking to hire a NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapist with a minimum of 2 year post salon training experience to join our successful company.
The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, be smartly presented and confident performing all beauty treatments unsupervised. They will need be able to use their own initiative and work to a high standard. Must be willing to undertake further training and have the desire to progress and learn new skills.Candidate must be flexible with working hours,which will include evenings and Saturdays. Negotiable pay for the right candidate.
Essential Experience & Skills: To be successful in this role you will need experience in the following:
Manicures & Pedicures ( including Shellac)
Massage & Body Treatments
Facials (including Electrical)
Waxing (including intimate waxing)
Eyebrow & Eyelash Treatments
The following would be an advantage but not essential
Laser Hair Removal
Advanced Facials ( Microneedling,Peels)
Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility is to treat all patients, hold consultations and achieve sales targets, guided by the Lead Practitioner. Flexibility is key as we may need you to cover extra days, evenings or weekends( No Sundays Working Required). Strategic thinking key to ensuring targets are met.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.75-£13.50 per hour
