The Role:
A happy, caring primary school in Haringey is looking for a positive, energetic Year 3 class teacher to join their friendly team. The role will start in January and continue until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of continuing in September.
This is a one-form entry school, however planning is shared with 2 other schools in their trust, with whom they work very closely. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, inspiring students to reach their full potential.
This school and experienced headteacher will provide you with excellent opportunities for professional development, as well as opportunities to go permanent for the right candidates. Pay is to scale, and Zen will always endeavour to match any pay expectations if you can impress during a paid trial, which the school is more than happy to arrange to give you a real taste. The school is dynamic and expanding, and there’s a real culture of excellence and ambition to achieve the best results for the children. Hours are 8.30am-4pm.
The ideal Primary Teacher should:
- Have QTS and completed their ECT
- Be ambitious, nurturing and supportive
- Be able to communicate and effectively lead a team
