Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance requests received via our CRM system, speaking with tenants and staff to arrange and confirm for our operatives to attend.
Working hours dependant on your availability/preference. 20 hours or more available.
- Day to day processing of maintenance jobs and allocating to trades' diaries
- Speaking with property managers and tenants to arrange access
- Ordering materials for the operatives
- Creating and processing quotes and invoices
- Managing cash flow and following up on unpaid invoices
- Managing supplier accounts
- Creating and maintaining relationships with sub contractors where required
- General admin and office tasks
What we’re looking for:
- 2 + years’ experience in an administrative role involving job scheduling
- Confident user of CRM software
- Strong Excel skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and an innate sense of urgency
- Clear, friendly phone manner and excellent written English
- Right to work in the UK
Nice-to-haves:
- Exposure to the property-maintenance, FM or construction sectors
- Experience with compliance
