How you'll make a difference:
As a Team Support Officer, you will join our Promoting Independence and Reablement team, working alongside Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Social Care Practitioners to support people following discharge from hospital. In this varied role, you will provide accurate and timely administrative support t practitioners and managers, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of services that promote independence and recovery within the community.
What you will be doing:
- It will be your responsibility to provide administrative support to the team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in line with established procedures.

Acting as a key point of contact for customers, colleagues, stakeholders and partner agencies, you will manage queries, resolve issues and maintain effective communication.

You will research and collate information to support the preparation of reports, presentations and other service documentation.
- A key aspect of your role is maintaining accurate records and specialist databases, including sensitive information relating to vulnerable adults, ensuring data quality and the accurate recording of safeguarding information.

Working collaboratively with colleagues and partners, you will build and maintain positive working relationships that support the effective delivery of service across the team.
What we need from you:
- It is essential you hold a minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths, or have relevant experience in an administrative role.

You will have the ability to research, gather and present information clearly and accurately.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, who can communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, contacts, and customers.

You must have good written communication skills, with the ability to draft correspondence and contribute to reports.
What you need to know:
- This role is 25.6 hours per week and your salary is pro rata to hours worked.

This role is hybrid, with a mixture of working at our office in Badminton Road and working from home.
Interviews will be held on 28th September 2026.
