Female Specialist Clinical Support Worker – Complex Care (Bank)

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Dewsbury. You will provide essential 1:1 care for a child with complex needs, specifically focusing on tracheostomy and ventilator management within a family home environment.

The Role & Rota
This role requires flexibility to work a between Term Time and Non-Term Time to support the family’s needs.
Term Time:
- Days: Mon–Fri (07:00–19:00) | Sat (13:00–17:00 alternate) | Sun (12:00–18:00)
- Waking Nights: Mon–Thu & Sun (21:00–07:30) | Fri & Sat (22:30–09:00)
Non-Term Time:
- Days: Mon–Fri (12:00–20:00) Sat (13:00–17:00 alternate) | Sun (12:00–18:00)
- Waking Nights: Mon–Thu & Sun (21:00–07:30)
What You’ll Need
- Clinical Expertise: Experience with tracheostomies and ventilators
- Background: Proven experience in a support role, specifically working with children with complex needs.
- Mindset: You are friendly, approachable, and highly professional.
- Commitment: You must be a non-smoker and fully flexible to work the day/night rota as described.
- Essentials: Registered on the DBS Update Service (desirable)
