Purpose of the role:
As the Client and Office Experience Administrator, you will play an important role in the smooth running of our Norwich office to ensure that our people, our clients and our visitors have an experience that matches our firm’s values. Your responsibilities will range from ensuring that our office and meeting room facilities, equipment and supplies are all maintained and in good order, to administering our post and assisting with telephone switchboard cover.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage incoming and outgoing post, including scanning and distributing documents. [Project: streamline scanning / distribution by helping implement scanning solution]
· Responsibility for franking machine and office copiers.
· Keep office spaces organised and presentable.
· Stock and prepare meeting rooms to create a professional client experience.
· Order and monitor stationery and office supplies.
· Order and monitor kitchen supplies, responsibility for dish washer and coffee machines.
· Responsibility for organising catering / drinks for meetings.
· Fixed Asset Register administration.
· Support basic health and safety compliance, including routine checks and record keeping.
· Maintain and organise the firm’s physical and digital archives including acting as primary liaison with external archive provider.
· Help organise our digital filing system / folders as we bring in Sharepoint and Onedrive.
· Help with basic IT.
· Back up and lunch time telephone cover for all offices.

Desirable
· Experience in an administrative, office support or customer-facing role.
· Experience coordinating administrative processes and supporting multiple stakeholders.
· Familiarity with Outlook, Word and Excel.
Pay: £16,072.77-£17,858.64 per year
