Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant/PA to provide comprehensive administrative support within our organisation to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will be a real Jack-of-all-trades and be responsible for managing daily office operations, assisting with data entry, processing payments and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration/PA roles to contribute to a professional environment. Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient workflow
- Assisting with data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems both digitally and physically
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and document management
- Handling basic bookkeeping duties, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organised, and well-stocked with supplies
- Assisting with other clerical duties to facilitate daily office operation

- Previous administrative experience is essential; familiarity with office environments is highly desirable
- Previous PA experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
