We are looking for an experienced Bridal Fitter & Seamstress to join our bridal boutique. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bridal alterations, luxury fabrics, and client fittings, with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Carry out bridal fittings and alterations to a high standard
- Work closely with brides to achieve the perfect fit
- Alter luxury gowns including detailed hand-finishing
- Work confidently with silk, chiffon, lace, tulle, and delicate fabrics
- Use industrial sewing machines efficiently and accurately
- Maintain quality control and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in dressmaking and alterations
- Previous bridalwear or luxury fashion experience preferred
- Confident using industrial sewing machines
- Excellent hand-sewing and finishing skills
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
