About Fake It Flowers
Fake It Flowers is a London-based studio specialising in high-quality artificial flowers, foliage, and bespoke installations. With over a decade of experience, we work with private clients, interior designers, architects, and hospitality venues to create spaces that feel genuinely considered and beautiful, just without the upkeep.
We are a small, close-knit team based in a gorgeous (if characterful) arch in Fulham. We care enormously about what we do and we have a lot of fun doing it. No two days are the same.
The Role
This is a hands-on, varied, and genuinely interesting role at the heart of everything we do. You will be keeping the studio running smoothly, managing our stock and systems, and making sure every client who walks through the door or lands in our inbox has an exceptional experience.
One day you might be at your desk managing orders, coordinating with suppliers, or uploading new products to the shop. The next you could be helping unload a delivery of large statement trees, doing a stock take, or making sure the showroom looks its very best. If you are the sort of person who thrives on variety, does not mind getting stuck in, and takes pride in doing things properly, this could be a wonderful fit.
What You Will Be Doing
Stock, ordering, and inventory management, including system uploads and reconciliation. Coordinating with suppliers and managing inbound deliveries. Quality control across stock and studio. Supporting bespoke client orders and installation projects. Running the day-to-day of the store including opening and closing. Keeping the showroom looking exceptional. Helping customers in person with warmth and genuine product knowledge. Managing picking, packing, and order fulfilment. Keeping an eye on sales data and feeding useful insights back to the team. Supporting general admin, invoicing, and operational reporting.
Who We Are Looking For
Someone organised, calm under pressure, and happy to turn their hand to whatever the day demands. You will have experience in retail operations or store management, be comfortable with systems and stock management software, and know how to make a client feel looked after. Commercial awareness matters, as does being a genuine team player in a small studio environment. An eye for how things look and a care for getting the details right will go a long way here. Ideally you would have a min of 3 yrs experience in a retail and or interiors environment.
Why Fake It Flowers
You will be joining a design-led, founder-run business that has built a real reputation in its field. The work is varied, the studio is beautiful, and you will be part of a team that genuinely cares about the product and the people it works with. It is not a corporate environment, and we would not want it to be.
Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
