Hours
- Fully flexible Monday to Sunday, working a variety of shifts
The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Handling inbound customer service enquiries with professionalism and care
- Completing administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and electronic filing
- Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or contact centre)
- Confident communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
