Location: Kettering.
Shift: Monday to Friday - 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 - Rotating.
Pay: £28,000.00 per year (£13.46 per hour).
Navara are recruiting for a FLT Driver/Material handler who is looking to learn new skills, develop their career and to progress within a company. Experience is not essential as full, ongoing training will be given for this role.
Main duties:
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety rules and procedures.
- Document production output, downtime, and maintenance performed.
- Report malfunctions or defects to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), production schedules, and quality guidelines.
- Assist with loading raw materials and unloading finished products.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
