We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Managing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication, with professionalism and courtesy
- Organising meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members and management
- Maintaining accurate records through data entry and filing systems
- Preparing reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Handling invoicing and financial documentation using software such as QuickBooks
- Assisting with general administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies
- Supporting other departments as required to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Experience with Haulage Exchange , tasks demonstrating strong organisational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
- Typing speed is desirable
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities efficiently
Pay: From £15,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
