We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Health & Safety Advisor for a 6 month period which may lead to full-time employment.
In this role, you will carry out site visits across Northamptonshire and adjoining Counties to monitor health and safety compliance and help colleagues with Health & Safety concerns.
Your proactive and collaborative approach will foster a culture of safety awareness, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards across all operational areas.
- Prepare clear, detailed reports documenting safety inspections and compliance status.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
- Perform regular safety audits, inspections, and walk-throughs to ensure ongoing adherence to safety standards.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop effective corrective strategies.
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail and clarity.

Pay: £240.00-£300.00 per day
