Job Title: Data Processing Coordinator
Location: Bridge of Allan
Job Type: Full Time, 5 days over 7 days, 8am until 5pm
Salary: £13.15 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Processing Coordinator to join our current team in Bridge of Allan. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and has a strong passion for customer service and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the retrieval and processing of orders for our large supermarket clients.
- Create and maintain pallet documentation and invoicing using our bespoke in-house systems and Sage 200.
- Communicate regularly with supermarkets and large retailers regarding their daily orders.
- Collate and analyse sales data to support business decisions.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in data input is essential, with strong attention to detail and accuracy being paramount. Candidates should possess an intermediate level of proficiency in Excel and ideally have experience working within a customer service environment.
The role requires experience in supporting customer service functions, along with the ability to perform fast and accurate data input.
