About the role
We're looking for a creative, organised and digitally confident person to join our team and help manage the online presence of two established sports and fashion eyewear businesses — RxSport and Tortoise & Black.
This is a varied role combining e-commerce, content, copywriting, Photoshop and digital marketing. You'll be involved in everything from adding new products to our websites, to creating product imagery, writing content and sending email campaigns.
Our two websites run on WooCommerce and Shopify, so experience with either would be a real advantage.
What you'll be doing
- Adding and maintaining products across our WooCommerce and Shopify websites.
- Writing and updating product descriptions and website content.
- Editing and optimising product imagery using Photoshop.
- Creating blogs, email newsletters and social media content.
- Working with Klaviyo on email campaigns.
- Managing product information, images, categories and specifications.
- Checking content carefully to ensure everything is accurate and presented to a high standard.
- Helping improve the websites and the way our products are presented online.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent written English and a very good eye for detail.
- Has a good working knowledge of Photoshop.
- Is confident using computers and learning new software.
- Has experience with a website, e-commerce platform or content management system.
- Can write clear, engaging customer-facing copy.
- Is organised, methodical and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Has a good eye for visual presentation.
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo or e-commerce would be a big advantage, but isn't essential if you have the right attitude and transferable skills.
Photoshop experience
You don't need to be a Photoshop expert.
You do need to be comfortable with the basics — layers, selections, masks, cropping, resizing and colour adjustments — and confident enough to learn more advanced techniques.
We'll teach you our specialist processes for creating different coloured eyewear lenses, including realistic reflections, shading and transparency.
Why join us?
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sport, fashion, technology and creativity and wants a varied role rather than doing the same thing every day.
You'll work with some of the world's leading eyewear brands and develop skills across e-commerce, Photoshop, content creation, email marketing, SEO and social media.
If you're naturally curious, highly organised and enjoy making things look and work better, we'd love to hear from you.
