Based in the SouthWest region, this role is vital in supporting our daily operations and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Simpro.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organize schedules and appointments to optimize workflow.
- Support data entry and clerical activities to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in preparing reports, certificates and documentation.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures within facilities management is a plus.
