Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Convert enquiries and prospects into regular paying customers.
2. Corporate sales & catering
Develop the corporate lunch and business catering market.
Promote sushi platters, bento boxes, party platters and customised catering packages.
Approach local businesses for regular staff lunches, meetings and corporate events.
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
Develop recurring corporate accounts rather than relying only on individual orders.
3. Local market growth
Research businesses and organisations within Hemel Hempstead and nearby towns.
Identify areas with high concentrations of offices, retail, hotels and other potential customers.
Develop local partnerships and promotional opportunities.

8. Competitor & market research
Monitor competing sushi, Japanese, Asian and food-delivery businesses.

9. Commercial management
Prepare sales proposals, quotations and business plans.
Negotiate prices within management-approved limits.

10. Operational coordination
