A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this prestigious global property company; Quintessentially Estates at their Belgravia office as a Head of Home Management working with a team of Property Managers.
The role will be fast paced, exciting and varied, it will give you the skills required to succeed in the industry. The perfect candidate will be a fast learner, well spoken, presentable, have excellent communication skills and be eager to learn about all areas of property. The potential candidate must have previous property management experience. The role will include a lot of travel across the City and your time will be split around 70/30 in and out the office, so is perfect for someone who doesn’t want to be desk bound all day. You will need to be good at performing under pressure and working as part of a growing, dynamic team and with VVIP clients. Full training will be provided.
Main Duties:
- Improve team efficiency and implement solutions that can make the business run more efficiently as a whole from a cost and service perspective
- Help running management operations and ongoing projects
- Oversee maintenance requests from Home Clients across the portfolio
- Ensuring all certificates and other necessary documents are loaded on the CRM system
- Overseeing home inspections of home clients’ homes, post collection and reporting
- Overseeing shopping for Clients, Ordering Furniture & Various Items
- Delivering Items to Properties
- Scheduling Appointments with Contractors & Clients
- Invoices/Bills to the accounts team for payment and ensure the invoices get paid on time
- General Diary Management; Adding New Appointments, Scheduling Contractors, Etc.
- Project Management of client move in and move outs.
- Updating clients in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure and oversee receipts and recording onto DEXT
- Site visits
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and safety regulations
- Minor project management - overseeing appointments and ensuring projects are completed to a high quality.
- Scheduling appointments with contractors and clients
- Errand running - shopping, collecting parcels, groceries ahead of client arrivals etc.
- Respond promptly to issues or emergencies within the property
- Ad hoc cover and support of the home team as and when needed
- Ensure discretion, confidentiality and high standards of service at all times
- Reporting any issues to the CEO

- Advantageous Traits:
- Confident Liaising With HNWI, Tenants, Landlords & Contractors Face-Face, Over The Phone Or By Email/Letter
- 4-6 years property management experience
- Experience using CRM Systems
- The Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Showing Great Communication Between Internal Departments

Pay: £45,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
