Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during meal preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering strictly to food safety standards.
- Assist with ingredient inventory management, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service that enhances the guest experience.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
- Support the overall restaurant operation by participating in meal preparation and serving when required.
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food safety protocols, and meal preparation techniques is essential.
- Prior experience working as a chef or cook specializing in pizza or similar cuisine is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including serving practices and customer service standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and learning new skills.
Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
