Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join the friendly onsite team at our stunning location at Nature’s Point. This role is key to ensuring our residences and grounds are maintained to the exceptional standards Together Travel guests expect.
You will play an important part in creating an outstanding first impression for guests by supporting the upkeep and general maintenance of the properties and surrounding grounds.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone practical, proactive and positive, who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Please note: you must be able to travel easily to Pistyll, LL53 6LR.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Grounds Duties
General maintenance of properties, including:
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Light bulb changes
- Basic joinery
- Decorating and painting woodwork
- Cleaning external windows
- Sweeping decks and patio areas
- Clearing grounds of leaves and debris
- Occasional weeding and upkeep of landscaped areas
- Cleaning and maintaining bin areas
- Snow clearing and gritting during winter conditions
- Weekly health & safety, property and grounds checks
- Monthly health & safety checks and meter readings
- Dropping off and collecting linen bags from lodges
- Delivering logs to lodges
- Collecting rubbish bags for the Housekeeping team

Experience & Requirements Maintenance
- Full driving licence and own car or van with business insurance
- Must have own tools – materials will be supplied
- General maintenance experience.
