Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. They will be responsible for handing customer queries, taking customer bookings, administration tasks including invoicing.
Duties
- To act as first point of contact in dealing efficiently with telephone and email enquiries and bookings
- Accurately entering customer bookings onto the Big Change system including any special requirements
- and schedule the job
- Building and attaining a working relationship with customers
- Processing customer payments
- To raise and send customer invoices
- To create new customer accounts
- Liaising with internal team and drivers regarding scheduling
- Liaising with customers regarding scheduling expectations
- Assist with various administration tasks, as and when required
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential
- Strong office experience with familiarity in managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping
- Demonstrated knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Desirable: Experience working with our system Big Change
- Desirable: Previous experience working within the wet waste industry but full training will be given.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
