Production and Fulfilment Team Member (Full-Time)

At LUNA & me, we hand-make fresh meals for dogs and cats. Every product is made with care, and every order that leaves our site is picked and packed to the same standard. We're growing our team in Beaminster and looking for a reliable, hands-on Production and Fulfilment Team Member to join us.
The Role
This is a practical, physical role that spans both sides of our operation. You'll work across production - helping to prepare and package our pet food in a cool, controlled environment - and fulfilment, where you'll pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch. Everyone in the team is trained to do both, so you'll move between the two depending on the day's priorities.
It suits someone who likes to stay busy, values doing things properly, and wants stable, long-term work in a small team that cares about what it does.
What You'll Do
Production
- Prepare and package raw pet food products to our quality standards
- Inspect products to ensure they meet strict quality requirements and all information is accurate
- Rotate through production stations, maintaining a steady, reliable pace
- Keep equipment and work areas clean by following established cleaning and safety protocols
Fulfilment
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and carefully
- Work confidently accessing freezer and cold-store environments
- Load and unload deliveries using pallet trucks / Fork Lift
- Move, restock, and label stock as needed
- Keep the fulfilment area clean, organised, and safe
Across Both
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene policies
- Follow clear systems and daily priorities set by the production manager
- Support the wider team wherever you're needed
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm / Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Weekday hours only - no weekends, no late nights
About You
You'll be a good fit if you:
- Are comfortable working with a range of raw meat products
- Are physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg
- Are reliable, organised, and take pride in doing things properly Have experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse work - though
we're happy to provide full training if you're new to the field
