Aiyara Partners is a specialist executive search firm operating across health & social care and luxury senior living. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of our US Senior Living market.
This is a rare opportunity to inherit a warm, active market with existing relationships and significant demand. If you've recruited into the US before and understand the nuances of business development and executive search across North America, you'll be able to hit the ground running.
The Opportunity
The US Senior Living market is one of the fastest-growing sectors we operate in, with exceptional demand for executive talent and significant long-term earning potential.
We're looking for someone who already understands the US recruitment landscape and can quickly build relationships with operators, private equity-backed organisations and senior executives across the market.
Whilst prior Senior Living experience isn't essential, experience recruiting within the US market is. We'll provide the sector knowledge; you bring the recruitment expertise, commercial mindset and business development capability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and growing an established US Senior Living desk.
- Building relationships with senior executives and market-leading organisations across North America.
- Generating new business through proactive business development and strategic client engagement.
- Delivering executive search assignments across operational and corporate leadership positions.
- Headhunting and engaging senior-level candidates.
- Managing recruitment processes from brief through to successful placement.
- Building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
- Working towards ambitious revenue targets with uncapped earning potential.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3+ years' experience within recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting within the US market.
- Strong business development skills and confidence winning new clients.
- Experience working within a 360 recruitment environment.
- A commercially driven mindset with a proven billing track record.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ambitious, self-motivated and looking to build a long-term career.
Experience within Senior Living or Healthcare isn't essential — we're looking for someone who can quickly learn a new sector but already understands how to recruit, build relationships and develop business across the US.
